الكمالية العصابية وعلاقتها بالجمود الفكري لدى المعلمين

هدف البحث الى تعّرف العلاقة بين الكمالية العصابية والجمود الفكري لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية ، وتعرف مستوى كل من هذه المتغيرات لديهم ، وتكونت عينة البحث من(200) معلم ومعلمة بواقع(100) ذكور و(100) اناث من العاملين في المدارس الابتدائية الحكومية النهارية التابعة الى مديرية تربية واسط للعام الدراسي 2025/2026 ، ولغرض تحقيق اهداف البحث استعمل الباحث اداتان للقياس : الاولى لقياس الكمالية العصابية ، اذ تبنى الباحث مقياس الكمال ذو العوامل الثلاث الكبرى لـ (سمث واخرون ، 2016) الشكل المختصر (BTPS-SF) ومكون من (16) فقرة ، والاداة الثانية مقياس الجمود الفكري من اعداد الباحث الذي مكون من (34) فقرة ، واستخدم الباحث الوسائل الاحصائية الملائمة من خلال برنامج (SPSS) كان من اهمها اختبار (t-test) لعينة واحدة واختبار (t-test) لعينتان مستقلتان و معامل ارتباط بيرسون ، وكشف الباحث عدة نتائج اهمها : عدم وجود ارتباط دال احصائيا بين الكمالية العصابية والجمود الفكري ، و امتلاك المعلمين الكمالية العصابية بمستوى اعلى من المتوسط وبدلالة احصائية ، ووجود مستوى دون المتوسط بالجمود الفكري ، كما اظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين الذكور و الاناث في الكمالية العصابية والجمود الفكري ، وبناءً على النتائج وضع الباحث بعض التوصيات والمقترحات0
