Evaluation of the efficiency of private institutions for people with special needs (autism) in the city of Basra for the year (2024

Abstract

    The research addressed the evaluation of the efficiency of services provided by civil institutions for people with special needs (autism) in the city of Basra, using a set of evaluation indicators aimed at studying the reality of services in terms of their efficiency and distribution, and their suitability for urban expansion and population growth in the city. This research came as a result of the increase in people with special needs (autism). The situation in Basra requires a serious study of these institutions, given their importance in providing services to people with special needs, which should be accessible to all equally, in a manner that is appropriate and accessible, and that takes into account the circumstances of the families of people with disabilities.
