Abstract

      This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of Lactobacillus isolates as therapeutic organisms, the role of probiotics bacteria, and their impact on the body's systems, particularly the digestive system. It also explored the effects of probiotics in reducing fatal heart disease, suppressing and suppressing cancers, the immune system, the urinary system, women's health, and mental health. It also explored their health benefits, including strengthening the immune system, inhibiting the growth of pathogens, preventing diarrhea resulting from various medical conditions, preventing cancer, reducing inflammatory bowel movements, and improving the digestion of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Lactobacillus includes a group of lactic acid bacteria that produce reuterin in the digestive tract, which inhibits the growth of Escherichia coli  With the increasing use of probiotics to treat and prevent gastrointestinal diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome and antibiotic-associated diarrhea, there is an urgent need to understand how these microbes work and how they affect human health .
