This research specializes in the study of the Saadabad Pact held in the Iranian capital, Tehran, in 1937. It was mainly directed against the Kurds in the Middle East to prevent them from establishing their own political entity. Like all the nationalities in this region that gained their independence, the Kurds had a negative reaction against his contract , The matter that is discussed in this research through multiple documents that shed light on the charter and its risks to the Kurdish issue .
