التخليق الأخضر لجسيمات الفضة النانوية بواسطة نبات الأكاسيا واستخدامه كطلاء واقٍ ضد تآكل الحديد

الملخص

      تستعرض هذه الدراسة إمكانية تطوير طلاء واقٍ صديق للبيئة للحديد باستخدام جسيمات الفضة النانوية (AgNPs) المصنعة حيوياً عبر "التخليق الأخضر" باستخدام مستخلص نبات الأكاسيا. تهدف الدراسة إلى استغلال الخصائص الكيميائية الفريدة والجيدة للمستخلص النباتي ليعمل كعامل اختزال طبيعي ومثبت سطحي (Capping Agent) فعال، مما يغني عن استخدام المواد الكيميائية الضارة ويدعم توجهات الكيمياء الخضراء في تقليل البصمة الكربونية للعمليات الصناعية. وقد خضعت الجسيمات المحضرة لسلسلة من الفحوصات الدقيقة حيث أكدت تقنية حيود الأشعة السينية (XRD) الحصول على بناء بلوري مكعب (FCC) عالي النقاوة، بينما كشفت صور المجهر الإلكتروني الماسح (SEM) عن توزيع متجانس لجسيمات كروية وأحجام نانوية دقيقة تتراوح بين (10–25) نانومتر، بالإضافة إلى تأكيد تقنية مطيافية الأشعة تحت الحمراء (FTIR) لدور المجموعات الوظيفية (OH) وC=O) ) في تحقيق الاستقرار الهيكلي للجسيمات ومنع ظاهرة التكتل (Agglomeration) التي قد تؤثر على كفاءة الطلاء.

وفي الجانب التطبيقي، أُجريت اختبارات الغمر في محلول كلوريد الصوديوم بتركيز (3.5%) لمدة 48 ساعة لمحاكاة ظروف التآكل الملحية القاسية التي تتعرض لها المنشآت الحديدية. أظهرت النتائج التجريبية قدرة استثنائية لطبقة الطلاء النانوي في حماية السطح المعدني إذ انخفض معدل تآكل الحديد بشكل ملحوظ من (0.0003125) جم/سم².س للعينات غير المطلية إلى (0.0000833) جم/سم².س للعينات المعالجة بالطلاء النانوي. وبناءً على هذه المعطيات، حقق الطلاء الواقي كفاءة تثبيت للتآكل (Inhibition Efficiency) بلغت (73.3%)، مما يشير إلى أن آلية الحماية تعتمد على الامتزاز الفيزيائي (Physisorption) للمركبات العضوية على سطح المعدن، مما يخلق حاجزاً متيناً يمنع وصول الأيونات المسببة للتآكل إلى القاعدة المعدنية ويقلل من نشاط التفاعلات الكهروكيميائية الضارة. وتخلص هذه الدراسة إلى أن دمج التكنولوجيا النانوية مع المستخلصات النباتية يوفر حلاً تقنياً مستداماً وفعالاً لحماية الحديد.
