الاستجابات الوظيفية والنسجية لدودة الأرض Apporrctodea trapezoids المعرضة لتربة مروية بمياه الصرف الصحي ومياه جوفية ذات محتوى عالي من الرصاص

أجريت الدراسة الحالية لتقييم تأثير سقي التربة بمياه الصرف الصحي ومياه جوفية ذات محتوى عالٍ من الرصاص على بعض المؤشرات الحيوية في دودة الأرض Apporrctodea trapezoids . اشتملت الدراسة على مجاميع سيطرة ومجاميع تجريبية، إذ تضمنت مجاميع السيطرة تربًا غير ملوثة وأخرى ملوثة رُويت بالماء المقطر، في حين تضمنت المجاميع التجريبية تربًا ملوثة رُويت بمياه ملوثة بأربعة تراكيز (30%، 60%، 90%، و100%). وأضيفت ديدان الأرض إلى جميع المجاميع الدراسية، مع إجراء ثلاث مكررات لكل معاملة. اذ جمع عينة التربة والديدان من أحد مزارع الزيتون في منطقة الفاضلية التابعة لناحية بعشيقة قضاء الموصل ونقلها إلى المختبر وتربيتها في علب بلاستيكية وسقيها بتراكيز مختلفة من المياه الملوثة(100،90،60،30% ) كل 7 أيام ولمدة 84 يوما، كما تم في نهاية التجربة قياس المحتوى البروتيني ومعدلات النمو النسبي والتغيرات النسيجية التي ظهرت على اجسام الديدان. أظهرت النتائج انخفاضا واضحا في معدلات النمو النسبي وفي المحتوى البروتيني الكلي وخاصة عند التراكيز العالية مقارنة بمجموعتي السيطرة، كما أظهرت حدوث تشوهات نسجية في المنطقة الوسطية والخلفية من جسم دودة الارض، مثل تنخر في طبقة البشرة وتنكس في العضلات الطولية فضلاً عن تفجي في أماكن أخرى لنسيج العضلات الدائرية ونزف في طبقة العضلات الدائرية، استنتجت هذه الدراسة ان الحساسية العالية لديدان الأرض Apporrctodea trapezoids تجاه الملوثات يمكن استخدامها كمؤشر حيوي واضح لتقييم تلوث التربة وتأثيراته البيئية.
