School Problems and The Social Worker: A Field Analysis in Causes and Remedies

Education is not only concerned with the transfer of information and scientific knowledge but also with the development and integration of the student's personality in all its aspects and dimensions. Social services in the school are complementary and complementary to the educational process and an integral and important part thereof. It contributes to the development of the student's personality in all its dimensions. The school environment represents a distinct society because of the distinct composition of individuals with special relationships and unified goals in an educational society governed by regulations and laws governing the course of work within it. This society, however, involves many different problems, including behavioral and educational education, that have eliminated the intercourse of educational officials because these problems have a negative impact on pupils' academic and practical lives. Educational problems are a waste of development and a weakness in economic growth rates. These problems are exacerbated in the context of rapid global, technological and cognitive changes in today's world. These problems are an infusion of individuals who organize into the armies of illiteracy, unemployment, and poverty, not to mention what these problems contribute to many social risks, such as street children and child labor, as well as the low level of qualification of dropout girls in family and education.
