A Spatial Analysis of Industrial Pollution in Urban Mosul

This research aims at investigating certain manifestations of industrialized pollution across the Mosul urban communities, and how far this pollution affects human and non-human presence. Pollution negatively affects environmental, natural, atmospheric, and human presence. It, also, affects soil, water, and other consumable resources, not to mention its side effects on farming, lands, and vegetation. There are several Mosul-based plants and manufacturing areas and these plants often cause undesirable emissions, smokes, vapors, and fumes, which are dangerous to health, the body, and organisms. paper, therefore, examines the role of pollution in the depletion of natural resources. The paper, additionally, proposes several recommendations to help solve the problem of pollution in Mosul urban communities.
