This paper aims to evaluate the performance of educational supervisors following the re-engineering managerial practices (RMP). To do so, an analytical descriptive approach has been followed in research design and methodology. The researcher designed a three-level 24-item scale to test RMPs. The scale, then, was circulated to 229 (males=128/ females=101) in-service primary principals actively engaged on duty throughout the school calendar 2019-2020. The sample is representative of the relevant subjects by about 41%. The processing of the respondents’ replies into a statistical computation indicated only 226 replies were valid and three replies were void. Test findings suggested that the performance of educational supervisors following the RMP scale has been higher than average mean.
