Psychological resilience of Kindergarten teachers

The present study aimed to identify the level of psychological endurance among kindergarten teachers, as well as to examine the differences in psychological endurance according to years of service. The study sample consisted of 150 teachers who were randomly selected from the Al-Karkh First Directorate kindergartens in Baghdad. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher constructed a Psychological Endurance Scale, which in its final form included 25 items. Each item was distributed across the response alternatives (very strong, strong, moderate, weak, very weak), and assigned scores of (5–4–3–2–1), respectively.
