Effectiveness of a training program to raise awareness among preschool children about socialization and educational challenges

Abstract

The study purposes to activate the principles of child rights, development of awareness of pre-school child to the importance of promoting and protecting the rights, through an activity program.

The sample: A group of (60) male and female children composed the sample of the study of (5.5–6.5) years age. The group was divided into two sub groups: an experimental one and control one.

Method and procedure:

  1. The administration of Raven matrices test to assess intelligence
  2. The administration of the scale children's rights
  3. Carrying out the program among the experimental group.
  4. The administration of the scale children's rights a post administration to the experimental group.

Results and conclusions:

  1. A significant evidence differences between the mean scores of the experimental group on the scale children's right (pre-post) administration for post administration.
  2. No significant evidence differences between male and female mean scores on the scale of children's right.

A significant evidence differences between the mean scores of the two sub groups of post administration for the experimental group.
