The prohibited attachment to Kindergarten

Abstract

    Sometimes, many children in our societies face various difficulties in their social relationships with caregivers. This can stem from family breakdown and a loss of self-confidence, or from family conflicts and unhealthy family environments that hinder the development of trusting relationships with those around them. This study aimed to understand how and through strategies employed by participants in a group research study to assess the level of prohibited attachment disorder among children in Al-Kut, Kuwait. Researchers adopted the Prohibited Attachment Response Scale, consisting of a series of items and answer choices, and administered it to a group of 100 children. Statistical data was collected and interpreted after achieving the research objectives. The study concluded that children in Al-Kut exhibited a high level of prohibited attachment disorder
