Education and the press in the city of akre between years1991_2003

Abstract

  Akre is one of the oldest cities in Kurdistan,this  city was interested in culture in general and education and journalism in particular, Because there are many intellectuals in this city. The goal of this research is as we highlighted the education and press after the uprising of march1991 until the year 2003 This stage is important in history of education and press , Because one of the results of the 1991 uprising is to liberalize akre city from the authority of the Iraq government and entering a new phase. The reason for Choosing this subject is because the Education and press in the city of akre between the 1991 ــ 2003 years did not receive attention in the field of books and research, And most of the people who played a role in managing the educational system in akre died after 1991 except those I met and I tried hard to collect information from them to add to this research so as not to miss their hard work.
